New Release: Short Story Featuring Saint Jeanne Jugan

Today is the feast day of Catholic Saint Jeanne Jugan.  She founded the Little Sisters of the Poor , a Catholic order which cares for the elderly.  Although Jeanne Jugan has been dead for almost a century and a half her influence and inspirational life continues to reach ours today.

I first learned about her when I was researching family history.  She's on a teeter-y, totter-y side-branch. Her great-great grandfather, Nicolas Joucquan of Hirel, Brittany, was my 12th great-grandfather.

If you would like a quick visual overview of her life you should watch the wonderful 11-min. animated The Story of Jeanne Jugan.

Today I'm celebrating Jeanne Jugan with a short story on Amazon! It includes

--Sources
--Discussion Questions
--More about Jeanne Juan
--Words of Jeanne Jugan
--Recipe
--Craft

You can learn more about it and preview it here.

Happy Feast Day, Saint Jeanne Jugan!
