Poetry Friday: A Tidbit or Two

What do you turn to first thing in the morning? If you are like me it might be the news and the horrors going on in the Ukraine and elsewhere.

I’ve been inspired by the “this photo wants to be a poem” idea. This last month, in March, I’ve been seeing which of the nature photos on my computer wanted to turn into poems. I give myself ten to fifteen minutes to get a draft down.

My plan for April is to post a poem a day on my blog and Facebook.

In today’s poem was inspired by a crow walking around by the river.
